  1. Connect to the Central Catalog.
  2. Find the record you want, and View MARC Format.
  3. Examine the 945 fields. The record's owner has a value of "1" or "9" in 945 $o.
  4. Use the OhioLINK Institutional Codes list to interpret the 5-character code in $a.

$q present if contributed by CONSORT or OPAL (shared catalog)
$s suppression code:
  • N = regular contribution and display ( " - " on local system)
  • Y = contribute but not display in Central Catalog (obsolete values L or N on local system)
